Below are directions to facilities that Tampa United uses for practice and tournaments

Academy of the Holy Names High School (AHN) 3319 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629
From I-4: Take I-4 West to the end at Downtown Tampa where it connects to I-275 South and go south on I-275 about 1 mile to the second exit which is the Howard Armenia exit. Take the second left, (Armenia Ave.), which is one way to the left, and go about 1 mile to the light at Kennedy Blvd. Go right on Kennedy Blvd. Then, go a short distance, and turn left onto MacDill Ave. (light). Go about 2 miles until you go under the Crosstown Expressway. The next light is the school crosswalk light. Turn right at that light and that will take you into the school and gym.

Cass Street Gym / Old Tampa Prep / Don’t confuse with Tampa Prep! 401 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606
To Tampa Prep from I-275. Take the Downtown West (Scott/Ashley/Tampa Street) Exit (44) Follow Ashley Kennedy, Turn right on Kennedy, to the main university entrance (Plant Park). The sign will say “HB Plant Museum”. Stay to the right, follow road (University Drive) to the first stop sign in front of the Macdonald-Kerce Library. Turn right and follow the road around to the grass parking lot on the left. Park only on the white parking stoppers.

Eckerd College 4200 54th Ave South, St Petersburg, FL 33711
From East and North: Take I-4 West or I-75 and I-275 South to Tampa and continue on I-275 across Tampa Bay via the Howard Frankland Bridge to St. Petersburg. Continue south on I-275 past the downtown St. Petersburg exits - all the way to Eckerd College at Exit No. 17 (old Exit No. 4) -- Pinellas Bayway/St. Petersburg Beach -- bearing right as the exit splits. The College entrance is 1/4 mile on the left before the tollbooth.
From the South: Take I-75 North to I-275 and the Sunshine Skyway. After you cross the bridge and Tampa Bay, take Exit No. 17 (old Exit No. 4) -- Pinellas Bayway/St. Petersburg Beach -- which is a left exit. Turn left at the traffic light onto 54th Avenue South. Proceed 1/2 mile and turn left into the college's entrance.

Florida Southern College 111 Lake Hollingsworth Dr, Lakeland, FL 33801
From Tampa: Take I-4 to Exit 28 toward US-92 / Lakeland, (20 mi), Stay STRAIGHT to go onto W MEMORIAL BLVD / FL-546 E. Continue to follow FL-546 E. (3.4 mi), Turn RIGHT onto US-98 BR S / FL-37 S / N FLORIDA AVE. (0.3 mi), Turn LEFT onto BARTOW RD. (0.9 mi), Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto S INGRAHAM AVE. (0.8 mi), Turn LEFT onto LAKE HOLLINGSWORTH DR. (0.1 mi).

Gaither High School 16200 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618
Take I-275 N toward I-4, stay on I-275 heading towards Ocala. 9.3 miles Take the BEARSS AVE exit- EXIT 53. 0.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto BEARSS AVE E. Continue to follow BEARSS AVE E 3.1 miles. Turn Right onto DALE MABRY HWY N / FL-597 N. 1.1 miles. The school will be on your left. The gym is on the North side of the school. If you are going up Dale Mabry, follow it straight up until you come to 16200 N Dale Mabry Hwy. The school will be on your left.

Hillsborough Community College (HCC) Dale Mabry Campus 4001 West Tampa Bay Blvd, Tampa, FL 33614
Take I-4 West to the end of Downtown Tampa where it connects to I-275 South and go South on I-275 go about 3.5 miles to the Dale Mabry Exit. Go right (North) on Dale Mabry to Tampa Bay Blvd (1.26 Miles) across from Raymond James Stadium. The gym is around the back of the school, follow the parking lot around the left side of the school to the parking lots in the rear of the campus.

Kelly Recreation Center 404 Imperial Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33803 (863.648.3284)
From Tampa (Polk Parkway) THIS IS A TOLL RD. Take I-4 to exit 27 Polk Parkway. Take the parkway to exit 7 (S. Florida) from the off ramp take a left at the light and continue to Imperial and take a left on Imperial. Kelly Recreation will be on the left past Walmart.

Lakeland High School 726 Hollingsworth Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801
From Tampa: I-4 East toward Orlando, (20 mi), Merge onto W. Memorial Blvd via the US-92 exit 28 to Lakeland (3.3 mi), Continue on US-92 E (0.8 mi), Turn right at N. Massachusetts Ave (0.4 mi), Turn left at Bartow Rd ( 0.6 mi), Continue straight onto US-98-BR S (0.6 mi), Turn right at Hollingsworth Rd (0.1).

Northdale YMCA (Bob Sierra YMCA) 4029 Northdale Blvd, Tampa, FL 33624
Located in Carrollwood. Traveling North on Dale Mabry from I-275 go approx. 10 miles, turn left onto Northdale Blvd. Travel approx. 1/2 mile and you will see the Northdale YMCA (Bob Sierra Family YMCA) on the right.

Roland Park Middle School 1510 Manhattan Ave, Tampa, FL 33607
Take I-4 West to the end of Downtown Tampa where it connects to I-275 South and go South on I-275 go about 4.0 miles to the Lois Street Exit, go North on Lois and take your very first Left onto Cypress Street. Go approx. 1/2 mile to Manhattan and take a right, the school will be up on your left another 1/2 mile. The school is located behind Jefferson High School.

Saint Leo University 33701 State Road 52, Saint Leo, FL 33574
From the North or South: Take I-75 to exit #285. Head EAST on Highway 52 for about 4 miles. Saint Leo University will be on your left, across the street from the Abbey Golf Course.
From Orlando: Take I-4 WEST to I-75. Exit to the NORTH, then follow the directions above. Average drive time from Orlando is approximately 90 minutes.
From Tampa International Airport: Drive NORTH on I-275 through Tampa. I-275 NORTH will merge with I-75 NORTH. Once on I-75 NORTH, follow the directions above to Saint Leo University. Average drive time from TIA is approximately 45 minutes.

Tampa Catholic High School 4630 N. Rome Ave, Tampa, FL 33603
Via the Interstate: Exit I-275 at the Hillsborough Avenue exit, West. Head west. After crossing the Hillsborough River, the second traffic light will be the intersection of Hillsborough Avenue and Rome Avenue. Turn to the left, heading south. Pass through one traffic light (Wishart Avenue). The main campus for Tampa Catholic will be on your right, the athletic fields and gym on your left. Visitor parking is available on the main campus.

Tampa Prep / Don’t confuse this with Cass Street! 727 West Cass Street, Tampa, FL 33606
To Tampa Prep from I-275. Take the Downtown West (Scott/Ashley/Tampa Street) Exit (44) Follow Ashley to Tyler, Turn right on Tyler, go across the bridge (Tyler becomes Cass Street) you will see the school on the right just after you pass over the bridge.

Tampa United Facility (United Center) 3212 40th Street Unit 101 C, Tampa, FL 33605
From Tampa: Take I-275-North out of downtown (towards Ocala) to Martin Luther King Blvd. Go East on MLK to 40th Street. Go right (South) onto 40th Street, look for Tampa Forklift on your left. We are located just South of Tampa Forklift on the opposite side of the street. There will be a small church on your right, just before the entrance to the facility.
From Orlando: Merge onto I-4 W via the ramp on the LEFT toward TAMPA. approx. 80.1 miles. Take SR574 West, Exit 5. Merge onto Martin Luther King Blvd / FL 574. Turn Left onto 40th Street, look for Tampa Forklift on your left. We are located just South of Tampa Forklift on the opposite side of the street. There will be a small church on your right, just before the entrance to the facility.

University of Tampa / Bob Martinez Sports Complex 400 N Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33606
Take I-275 to Exit 44/Downtown West. Follow Ashley Street to Kennedy Boulevard. Turn right (west) on Kennedy Boulevard and follow to North Boulevard. Turn right (north) on North Boulevard and the parking garage will be just past the Bob Martinez Sports Center on the left.
